The house was beautifully decorated and the staff was friendly and helpful. It was great to have the entire house to ourselves, making us feel like we were staying with extended family. The breakfast provided was delicious and filling, and we even received a complimentary bottle of wine upon request. Additionally, we were provided with a pack and play and high chair for our baby, which was a thoughtful gesture.

The cleanliness of the room left much to be desired. There was debris under the bed that seemed to have been there from previous stays, and some of the dishes had minor stains on them.

We recently stayed at this charming inn for a weekend getaway. The location is conveniently nestled in a quiet area yet easily accessible. The beautifully landscaped grounds and Victorian decor of the 1875 Country Homestead create a lovely ambiance. We especially enjoyed the inviting wrap-around porch and the delicious and beautifully served breakfast. The hostess was friendly and helpful, and we appreciated being able to have our family visit. It truly felt like staying with extended family.

During our Christmas stay, we thoroughly enjoyed the beautifully restored Victorian house and the warm welcome from the owner/operators. The breakfast was a highlight, with delicious food served in a pampering manner. Additionally, the location offered lovely views and convenient access to local attractions.

On the downside, we found the cleanliness of the room lacking, with debris under the bed from past stays and some minor stains on the dishes. Privacy was also an issue, as there were no blinds or window shades in the bedroom, allowing the sun to wake us up and compromising dressing privacy.
